CRESCALA COLLECTIVE AND GEN ART LAUNCH BICOASTAL LUXURY FASHION ACCELERATOR
NEW YORK & LOS ANGELES – New York’s Crescala Collective and L.A.-based Gen Art have united to create a powerhouse accelerator for emerging and evolving luxury fashion designers in the U.S. market.
This strategic partnership offers a comprehensive suite of services—from business development, wholesale and retail sales, and curated collection guidance, to custom PR, marketing, and immersive retail and runway experiences.
“Luxury fashion is undergoing a necessary evolution,” said Crescala Founder & CEO Jodi Sandman. “Today’s consumers crave innovation, authenticity, and connection. The old retail models are fading; we’re building what comes next.”
“This partnership lets us offer unmatched support to the designers we champion,” added Gen Art CEO Keri Rokos. “By consolidating creative, operational, and promotional services, we eliminate the fragmented approach that overwhelms independent designers. Now, they have us—one team, complete support.”

Implementation of the Project/Activity
We promote sustainable development across the luxury fashion value chain through curated Collective events, social media, professional networking, partner referrals, and media outreach.
Arrangements for Capacity-Building and Technology Transfer
As a lean, high-impact agency, we don’t produce technology but champion its adoption. We share knowledge—best practices, innovations, and tools—to help designers balance environmental impact with business success. Through small runs and higher price points, we position luxury as a proof-of-concept model for sustainable fashion industry-wide.
Coordination Mechanisms
Founder & CEO Jodi Sandman and VP Scott Sandman lead Crescala’s vision. Together with our team and partners, we actively build connections, exchange resources, and collaborate to solve challenges across the fashion ecosystem.
Evaluation
Each designer sets tailored growth and sustainability goals. We require clear commitments to fair labor, safe conditions, and eco-responsible production. By supporting the use of low-water cotton, natural fibers, plant-based materials, upcycling, and slow fashion, we help elevate sustainability as our designers scale.
